*★2 .వ రోజు (మంగళవారం) పాఠశాలల్లో ఉదయం అసెంబ్లీలో వ్యాయామం చేయండి. మానసిక క్షోభపై కార్యక్రమాలు (కార్యకలాపాలు, క్రీడలు, మానసిక తత్వవేత్తలపై ఉపన్యాసాలు) నిర్వహించండి*

*★3 .వ రోజు (బుధవారం) విద్యార్థులు ఖేలో ఇండియా యాప్ ద్వారా ఫిట్టింగ్ అసెస్‌మెంట్ ప్రారంభించాలి. 'ఫిట్ బాడీ-ఫిట్ ఎన్‌రిచ్మెంట్' అనే అంశంపై విద్యార్థుల కోసం పోస్టర్ల తయారీపై పోటీలు నిర్వహించండి.*

*★4.వ రోజు (గురువారం) విద్యార్థులకు డాన్స్, ఏరోబిక్స్, యోగా, మార్షల్ ఆర్ట్స్, రోప్ స్కిప్పింగ్ మరియు గార్డెనింగ్ శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలి. ఫిట్ ఇండియా స్కూల్‌లో విద్యార్థులందరికీ ఎస్సే / కవితల పోటీలు జరగాలి.*

★కమీషనర్ మరియు డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్,హైద్రాబాద్ ,కలెక్టర్ మరియు జిల్లా మేజిస్ట్రేట్ కుమరం భీం అసిఫాబాద్ ఆదేశాల మేరకు క్రింది ABC ట్రైనింగ్ షెడ్యూల్ నిర్ణయించ నైనది.

1.క్రింది షెడ్యూలు ప్రకారం ఉపాద్యాయులు సకాలంలో హాజరు అయ్యేవిధముగా సూచనలు ఇస్తూ రిలీవు చేయవలసిందిగా కొరనైనది.

2.ట్రైనింగ్ ఇవ్వనున్న రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్ లు తగిన ప్రణాలికను రూపొందించుకొనడానికి ట్రైనింగ్ రోజున కోర్స్ ఇంచార్జి కి 10AM న రిపోర్ట్ చేయాలని కొరనైనది.

*💥పదోతరగతి పరీక్షల తేదీలు ప్రకటించిన ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు*

🔹ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల తేదీలను ప్రకటించింది. మార్చి 19 నుంచి ఎప్రిల్ 6 వరకు పదోతరగతి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు బోర్డు వెల్లడించింది. మార్చి 19 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్ 1 వరకు పదో తరగతి ప్రధాన పరీక్షలు ముగుస్తాయి.👇👇

*🌳పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల షెడ్యూల్ ఇదే..*

♦పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల షెడ్యూల్ విడుదలైంది. 2020 మార్చి 19 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్ 6 వ‌ర‌కు ప‌రీక్షలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ప‌దో త‌ర‌గ‌తి ప‌రీక్షల షెడ్యూల్‌ను తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఎస్ఎస్సీ బోర్డు అధికారులు ఈరోజు విడుద‌ల చేశారు. ప‌రీక్షలకు సంబంధించిన పేప‌ర్ కోడ్‌ల‌ను కూడా టైంటేబుల్‌లో పొందుప‌ర్చడం గమనార్హం. ఆయా తేదీల్లో పేపర్లను బట్టి ఉదయం 9.30 గంటల నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం 12.15 గంటల వరకు,సెకండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్ మాత్రం ఉదయం 9.30 గంటల నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం 12.45 వరకు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

Teachers Information System (TIS) Online Application Submission date has been extended up to 10-12-2019 -*

టీచర్స్ డీటెయిల్స్ వచ్చే నెల 10వ తేదీ నాటికి పొడిగించారు . కావున మిత్రులంతా ఈ క్రింది వివరాలని సిద్ధం చేసుకొని అవకాశం ఉన్న చోట పూర్తి చేసుకోగలరు. ఒక ఉద్యోగి వివరాలు ఆన్లైన్ లో సమర్పించడానికి సుమారు గంట సమయం పట్టే అవకాశం ఉంది..... ఎంప్లాయి డేటా లాగిన్ అయినాక , మన రిజిస్టర్ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ మరియు ట్రెజరీ ఐ డి అడుగుతుంది... మన మొబైల్ కి OTP వస్తుంది.....

1) వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలు నింపవలసి ఉంటుంది ,గతంలో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకి దాదాపు అన్ని save అయి ఉన్నాయి. కొత్తగా తండ్రి పేరు , పాన్ నెంబర్ , ఉద్యోగి ప్రస్తుత మరియు శాశ్వత చిరునామా నమోదు చేయవలసి ఉన్నది.

(2)విద్యార్హతల వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి...... ఇందులో 10th, ఇంటర్ , డిగ్రీ , పీజీ , బీఎడ్ వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి. పదో తరగతి మరియు ఇంటర్మీడియట్ విద్యార్హతలలో తెలుగు మీడియం చదివిన వారందరూ పదో తరగతిలో ఫస్ట్ లాంగ్వేజ్ తెలుగు సెకండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇంగ్లీష్ అని రాయాలి , ఇంటర్మీడియట్ లో ఫస్ట్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇంగ్లీష్ సెకండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్ తెలుగు అని రాయాలి .... బోర్డు పేరు, మెమో నంబర్ , హాల్ టికెట్ నెంబర్ , పాస్ అయిన నెల , మరియు సంవత్సరం , పొందిన మార్కులు , మొత్తం మార్కులు నింప వలసి ఉంటుంది. డిగ్రీ విద్యార్హతలు నింపేటప్పుడు పై వివరాలతో పాటు ఆప్షనల్ సబ్జెక్ట్ అడుగుతున్నది. అందరికీ కామన్ గా మూడు ఆప్షనల్ సబ్జెక్టులు ఉంటాయి , కొందరు అదనపు విద్యార్హత కోసం నాలుగవ ఆప్షనల్ పూర్తి చేస్తారు. నాలుగవ ఆప్షనల్ సబ్జెక్ట్ లేనివారు None అని పూర్తి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. పీజీ మరియు బీ.ఈడి విద్యార్హతలకు కూడా పై విధంగానే వివరాలు నింపాల్సి ఉంటుంది...

(3) అపాయింట్మెంట్ వివరాలు...... అపాయింట్మెంట్ వివరాలు నింపేటప్పుడు DSE OR DEO ద్వార అనేది తెలుపవలసి ఉంటుంది.మొదటి నియామకం కాబడిన టువంటి ప్రస్తుత జిల్లా మరియు మండలం పాఠశాల పేరు నింప వలసి ఉంటుంది..

(4) డిపార్ట్మెంట్ టెస్ట్ వివరాలు....... డిపార్ట్మెంటల్ టెస్ట్ పూర్తి చేసిన ఉపాధ్యాయులు నింప వలసి ఉంటుంది.

(5) ప్రమోషన్ వివరాలు..... ప్రమోషన్ వివరాలను గెజిటెడ్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు గా మరియు స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ లుగా ప్రమోషన్ పొందిన వారు మాత్రమే నింపాల్సి ఉంటుంది. SGT ఉపాధ్యాయులు నింపవలసిన అవసరం లేదు...

(6) ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ వివరాలు...... ఇందులో మొదట ఇంటర్ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ మరియు 610 జీవో ద్వారా బదిలీ అయిన ఉపాధ్యాయుల వివరాలు నింపాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంటుంది. అనంతరం జనరల్ ట్రాన్స్ఫర్స్ కి సంబంధించిన వివరాలు నింపాల్సి ఉంటుంది. మొదట నెంబర్ ఆఫ్ ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ అనే ఆప్షన్ వస్తుంది. ఎన్నిసార్లు ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ అయినామో సంఖ్య తెలపాలి. మనం 1st అపాయింట్ మెంట్ అయిన పాఠశాల తేదీ నుండి ఎప్పటివరకు పనిచేశామొ ఆ తేదీ వరకు మొదటి ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ గా గుర్తుంచుకోగలరు ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ డేటాలో ఫ్రమ్ డేట్ టు డేట్ ఉంటుంది.... ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ డీటెయిల్స్ లో మన ప్రస్తుత పాఠశాల వివరాలు అవసరం లేదు.

(7 ) హెల్త్ కార్డుల వివరాలు...... మొదట మన హెల్త్ కార్డు నంబర్ తెలుపవలసి ఉంటుంది. తర్వాత మన పైన ఆధారపడిన వారి హెల్త్ కార్డుల గురించి వివరాలు తెలుపాల్సి ఉంది . పై వివరాలను వరుసక్రమంలో నింప వలసి ఉంటుంది . ఇందులో డిపెండెంట్ పేర్లు , డేట్ అఫ్ బర్త్ , ఆధార్ కార్డు నెంబర్ , మరియు డిపెండెంట్ అందరివి హెల్త్ కార్డులు అప్లోడ్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది....

(8) సంపాదిత సెలవుల మరియు OCL వివరాలు.... వీటికి సంబంధించి సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ ఇంకా అప్డేట్ చేయవలసి ఉన్నది కావున ప్రస్తుతం ఈ సమాచారం ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు .........

Court case on appointment date of DSC 2008 school assistants

*Several DSC-2008 selected teachers joined on 17.10.2009. Few days back the DEO Mancherial altered the date of joining as 19.10.2009 even though they have joined on 17.10.2009 Thereby these teachers are loosing two days service which will have adverse effect on their seniority. In fact the DEO have no power to alter the date of joining after nine and half years*.

*Few of the affected teachers have approached Hon'ble High Court challenging alteration of date of joining and recovery of two days salary of 17.10.2009 and 18.10.2009. The Hon'ble High Court pleased to stay the recoveries. The writ is filed Sri K Narayana Advocate (Mobile : 9440535349)*

*The order of High Court staying recoveries is applicable to only petitioners who filed the writ*.👆

REF:- This Office Proccedings Re.No. 265/MDM/2019, Dt: 10.06.2019.

The Personal atlention of all the District Educational Officers and Mandal Educational

Officers is invited to the reference read above, where in guidelines ure issued on implementation

af Mid Day Meal Scheme and instructed to follow withoul any devintion

Further, all the Distriet Educational officers and Mundal Educational Officers in the

State are hereby instructed to issue the following instructions also on implementation of Mid Day

Mcal Scheme to all the lead Masters of the schools

1) Keep the MDM riee and provisions in the Kitchea-cum-Stores or a room specified for

it in a hygienic condition

2) Mid Day Meals should be prepared in a clem place.

3) Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the school preaises cspecially

place of MDM cooking and pluce of children eating

4) Provide soup water or hand wash liquid for land wash to the students before and ater

taking Mid Day Meals.

5) Take all safe and secure measures for storage of Rice, ingredients and for preparation

and scrving of Mid Day Meals.

6) Don't use untidy rooms to keep rice and ingredients etc., with a contention that those

rooms are not using for any other prpose

With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that, the SSA (23949) Accounts

are being operating with SBH pertains to the DPOS & Sub District units from 2014

onwards with hassle free service. Subsequently, the SBH has merged with the SBI, from

then onwards lot of inconvenience is facing and sometimes led to risk in maintaining SSA

funds with the SBI. In this regard lot of correspondence has been made to the SBI

authorities but no correctional efforts have been made from the SBI.

Further, after merging of SBH into SBI, the following inconvenience / risks faced by

the SSA in maintenance of funds with SBI: -

a) Unauthorized AEPS with-drawls

b) Closure of Sub District Units (SDU8) Accounts without our consent and in violation

to the agreement clauses which results in return of released funds and non-

availability of SSA funds to the SDUS. Example: Letter Received from SBI vide

reference 3rd cited

c) Debiting of Bank Charges for non-maintenance of Minimum Balances / Dup licate

State etc which is in violation of agreem ent clauses.

d) Opening of Current Accounts instead of Savings Bank Account in accordance with

the agreement clauses.

e) Non updation of Web Portal i.e., within 48 hrs.

f Poor Customer Service like non transfer of Salaries / Other Payments pertaining

to other than SBI Accounts and rude behavior with the SSA Staff.

g) Non-Receipt of compliance report / rectification report in toto from the SBI

Authorities in response to the SSA correspondence mentioned in the reference 2"d

cited above.

In view of the above and keeping in view of the SSA funds security, the organization

is in the opinion that it is not desirable to continue the SA SB Accounts in SBI

branches which was already informed to the SBI vide ref2nd cited Lr. Dated 30.05.2019

and compelled to move on to other Authorized Banks to operate SSA funds

Andhra Bank and Canara Bank.

All the DEO8 & E.O Project Officers, MEOS, HMs, Special Officers of KGBV8 /

URH/URS, Principals of Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools are directed to open

Joint Signatory SB Accounts with nearby Canara Bank or Andhra bank branches and

transfer the existing SSA Account balances to the

Accounts. Further, it is instructed to obtain the bank statement from the SBI till the

date of the closure of SSA Account and kept ready for Audit.

All the DEO8 are requested to pay their personal attention on the above issue and

submit the consolidated statement to the under signed with new account numbers and

balance transferred from the closed account to new account

om old account to the new account number with in (15) days to release further

funds from the SPO to the DPO / SDU8 smoothly.

School acadamic calendar 2019-20 released

పాఠశాల అకడమిక్‌ క్యాలెండర్‌ 2019-20 విడుదల

👉 ఆర్.సి నం 90,తేది 11.06.2019

👉 HS పని వేళల్లో ఎలాంటి మార్పు లేదు

👉 2019-20 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ అకడమిక్‌ క్యాలెండర్‌ను విడుదల చేసింది. దీని ప్రకారం కొత్త విద్యా సంవత్సరం జూన్‌ 12 నుంచి ప్రారంభం కానుంది. 2020 ఏప్రిల్‌ 23 నుంచి మే 31 వరకు వేసవి సెలవులు ఉంటాయి. 2019 సెప్టెంబర్ 28 నుంచిఅక్టోబర్ 13 వరకు దసరా సెలవులు, 2020 జనవరి 11 నుంచి 16 వరకు సంక్రాంతి సెలవులు ఉండనున్నాయి.

👉 పాఠశాల వేళలు

ఇక, పాఠశాలల సమయాల్లో ఎలాంటి మార్పు చేయలేదు. ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9.30 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4.45 వరకు, ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4.15 వరకు, ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9 నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల వరకు కొనసాగనున్నాయి.

👉 పరీక్షలు

ఎఫ్‌ఏ -1 పరీక్షలు జూలై 31న షె డ్యూల్ విడుదల కానుంది. ఎఫ్‌ఏ -2 సెప్టెంబర్ 27న, సమ్మెటివ్ అసెస్‌మెంట్-1 అక్టోబర్ 21 నుంచి 26వరకు జరుగుతాయి. ఎఫ్‌ఏ -3 నవంబర్ 30న, ఎఫ్‌ఏ-4 జనవరి 31 లోపు పదో తరగతి వరకు, ఒకటి నుంచి తొమ్మిదో తరగతి వారికి ఫిబ్రవరి 29 లోపు నిర్వహించాలి.

👉 పదో తరగతి ప్రీఫైనల్ పరీక్షలు ఫిబ్రవరి 29లోపు నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఎస్సెస్సీ బోర్డు పరీక్షలు మార్చి 2019లో నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

ఏప్రిల్‌ 7 నుండి 16 2020లోపు 1 నుంచి 9వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ఎస్ఏ2 పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి, 10న ప్రోగ్రెస్‌ కార్డులు విద్యార్థులకు అందించాలనీ, 11న తల్లిదండ్రులతో సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, 12న ప్రోగ్రెస్‌ కార్డుల ను విద్యార్థుల నుంచి తీసుకోవాలని అకడమిక్‌ క్యాలెండర్‌లో షెడ్యూల్‌ పొందుపర్చారు.

👉 స్కూల్‌ కాంప్లెక్స్‌ సమావేశాలను(ఆరు) జూన్‌, అక్టోబర్‌, మార్చి నెలల్లో మినహా మిగిలిన అన్ని నెలల్లోనూ నిర్వ హించాలని సూచించారు.పాఠశాల వార్షికోత్సవాలను జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరి నెలల్లో నిర్వహించుకోవాలనీ, *బాల సభలను ప్రతి నెలా మొదటి శనివారం జరపాలనీ, ప్రతి శుక్రవారం రోజున మాస్‌డ్రిల్‌, యోగా కార్యక్రమాలు* నిర్వహించాలని క్యాలెండర్‌లో పేర్కొన్నా రు.

👉సిలబస్

జనవరి 31లోగా పదో తరగతి సెలబస్‌ పూర్తి చేసి, ఫిబ్రవరి నుంచి రివిజన్‌ క్లాసులు నిర్వహించాలని, 9వ తరగతిలోపు సెలబస్‌ను ఫిబ్రవరి 28 వరకు పూర్తిచేయాలని సూచించారు.

👉క్రీడలు

స్కూల్ స్థాయి క్రీడలు ఆగస్టు రెండో వారం లోపు, వరకు జిల్లాస్థాయి పోటీలు సెప్టెంబర్ 3వ వారం లోపు రాష్ట్రస్థాయి పోటీలు నిర్వహించాలని అకడమిక్‌ క్యాలెండర్‌లో సూచించారు.

👉 డిజిటల్ తరగతులు

డిజిటల్ తరగతులను పదో తరగతి వారికి 10.40 గంటలకు రెండో, తొమ్మిదో తరగతి వారికి మూ డో పీరియడ్‌గా 11.40 గంటలకు, 8వ తరగతి వారికి 5వ పీరియడ్‌లో 1.50 గంటలకు, 7వ తరగతి వారికి ఆరో పీరియడ్ 2.40 గంటలకు, ఆరో తరగతి వారికి ఏడో పిరియాడ్‌లో 3.30 గంటలకు నిర్వహించాలని ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
