All the Treasury Officers are hereby instructed not to admit the Surrender of Earned Leave Bill,in r/o Teachers/employees unless a xerox copy of the Earlier Station Fly leaf is enclosed to the Bill duly attested by the Treasury Officer of previous treasury. 

*♦all the treasury officers are Instructed to not to admit arrears claims under education concession*. As per these orders all the Education Concession claims shall be admitted with prospective effect only. Based on the proposals received from the various Heads of institutions/ Mandal Educational Officers and under the powers delegated in the reference 2nd cited and instructions issued in Commissioner and Director of School Education T.S Hyderabad Procs Rc.No.2265/D2-1/2010,dt.02-09-2010 the District Educational Officer, Adilabad is pleased to regularize the services of Certain Teachers and declared probation from the dates shown against each as mentioned in the Annexure appended with this proceedings subject to out come of the result in S.C.P.C.C. 31183131/2004 filed in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

The individuals are informed that the orders issued now are liable for cancellation/ Modification at any time without assigning any reasons thereof and dates of their regularizations are without prejudice to their seniors.

The M.E.Os / Headmasters concerned are requested to record the same in the Service Registers of the individuals under proper attestation and serve the same to the incumbents after obtaining an acknowledgement from them.

Further the individuals are requested to submit their objections if any on the date of regularization within (30, days without fail. If the objections not received on or before the prescribed period it is deemed to have no objection after expire of the period any representations will not be admitted.

The Service Registers of the individuals are returned herewith.

The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
