The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex- Officio Project

Officers of SS in the State is invited to the reference 4h read above wherein

instructions were issued to terminate the services of MIS Coordinators, Data Entry

Operators, Cluster Resource Persons, DLMTs, Messengers, System Analysts, APOS

and PTIS on 12.04.2019 and engage except Part Time Instructors w.e.f., 15.04.2019

subject to review of their performance during 2018-19

In view of the re-opening of Schools from 12.06.2019, they are requested to

engage the services of Part Time Instructors afresh from 12.06.2019 in the Schools

during the Academic Year 2019-20 till end of the Academic Year with the approval of

the District Collector & Chairman of SS. They are also requested furnish the

performance appraisal report of the PTIs by 19.06.2019

This has got approval of Commissioner of School Education & Ex-Officio
