Court case on appointment date of DSC 2008 school assistants

*Several DSC-2008 selected teachers joined on 17.10.2009. Few days back the DEO Mancherial altered the date of joining as 19.10.2009 even though they have joined on 17.10.2009 Thereby these teachers are loosing two days service which will have adverse effect on their seniority. In fact the DEO have no power to alter the date of joining after nine and half years*.

   *Few of the affected teachers have approached Hon'ble High Court challenging alteration of date of joining and recovery of two days salary of 17.10.2009 and 18.10.2009.  The Hon'ble High Court pleased to stay the recoveries. The writ is filed Sri K Narayana Advocate (Mobile : 9440535349)*

       *The order of High Court staying recoveries is applicable to only petitioners who filed the writ*.👆
