As per the instructions issued by the Director for Govt. Examination T.S., Hyderabad in the reference cited above that the invigilators are hereby appointed to the centre as shown in the annexure enclosed to these proceedings for conducting the SSC Public Examinations March -2019 scheduled to be conducted froml6-03-2019 to 03-04-2019 from 9.30 A.M to 12.15 Noon daily as per time table already communicated to all the concerned.

The teachers who have been appointed as invigilators for the SSC Examination March-2019 should be got relieved from their respective MEOs / Head of the institution concerned and report to the Chief Superintendent concerned on 15-03-2019 at 11.00 A.M The Mandal Educational Officers/ Head of the institutions concerned are requested to relieve the teachers on 14-03-2019 afternoon with instructions to report to the Chief Superintendents concerned on 15-03-2019 at 11.00 A.M. sharply.

The Chief Superintendents/ Departmental Officers are informed that the invigilators appointed now should be permitted to attend the exam duty to the extent of their need on the particular day and date and paper. They will be held responsible if any invigilator paid remuneration for the exam date without their requirement on each day and excess amount paid will be recovered from the Chief Superintendent for such irregular payments.

The Chief Superintendents are instructed to avoid school Assistants/Language Pandits Grade-1 on the day of Examination in the Subjects they are handling in the School.
The Chief Superintendent of the examination centre are permitted to appoint the invigilators locally duly consulting the concerned MEOs in emergency if the number of invigilators not reported and to obtained ratification orders from the District Educational Officer. However they should observe the ratio 1:24 only on each day. They should not admit the others without appointment by the competent authority.

The invigilators are instructed to get the attestation of the Photo identity card by the Chief Superintendent concerned for performing the examination duty without fail. Otherwise they will not be allowed to the examination centre. Remuneration will be paid as per rules in vogue. The invigilators who are appointed with in 8 KMs of radio us are not eligible for T.A.Z D.A. No exemption will be granted under any circumstances to the invigilators for attending the exam duty to the allotted centre if any invigilators so appointed not reported to Chief Superintendent concerned action will be initiated against him as per CCA Rules.



All the invigilators should note that strict secrecy has to be maintained in all the operatic relating to the conduct of SSC Public Examination March-2019 as per the Act 25/97..
The Chief Superintendent/Departmental Officers are requested to approach the Mandal Revenue Officers/ Sub-Inspector of Police for imposition of Section 144 CRPC at the examination centers during the examination period from 16-03-2019 to 03-03-2019 from 9.30 A.M to 12.15 Noon for effective and smooth conduct of examination and maintain the Law and Order.

The Chief Superintendent / Departmental Officers are requested to take care and ensure that no untoward incidents take place at the examination centers and necessary instructions should be issued to the invigilators duly conducting a meeting one day before of the examination.


The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged by return of post.

In continuation of the reference 2nd cited, wherein, the Government have reiterated the orders issued in G.O. 1“ cited, declaring Special Casual Leave to all the Women Employees in the State, on 8th March being celebrated as “International Women’s Day", the Government after consideration, reiterate the said instructions and instruct the concerned to take necessary action accordingly.

with reference cited above. due to the general Elections to the Telangana State legislative Council scheduled on 22.03.2019. the Directcr. Director of Government Examinations,
Telangana, Hyderabad has given the notification regarding the postponement of one paper of the SSC Public Examination, March-2019 scheduled on 22.03.2019. The date of English Paper-fl falling on 22.03.2019 has been postponed to 03.04.2019, which a dashing with the
Summatlve Assessment |SA|-I on 03,04.2019.
Keeping In view of the above examination dates, the Summatlve Assessment (SA)-2 for classes I to IX for the academic year 2018-19 are reused from 03.04.2019 onwards. The reused timetable is as follows:

In this regard, the following instructions are to be followed for conduct of SA-II and other procedures:
09.04.2019: Conduct of SA-II for classes VI to IX in the morning session.

10.04.2019; Answer scripts to children, parents and declaring results

11.04.2019: Recording results and parents meeting

12.04.2019: Resubmitting of the Cumulative Records by students after parents signature.

Therefore, all the DEOs are informed to give necessary instructions to the schools on conduct of Summative Assessment (SA)-II for classes I to IX as per the revised timetable.
