*🔹పోలింగ్‌లో పాల్గొనడాన్ని సులభతరం చేసేందుకు ఎన్నికల సంఘం అధికారులు తాజాగా ‘‘నా ఓట్‌’’ అనే యాప్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చారు. గురువారం రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్య ఎన్నికల అధికారి (సీఈవో) రజత్‌కుమార్‌ దీన్ని ఆవిష్కరించారు. అనంతరం అదనపు ముఖ్య ఎన్నికల అధికారి ఆమ్రపాలి మాట్లాడుతూ..‘‘గూగుల్‌ ప్లేస్టోర్‌ (లేదా) యాప్ స్టోర్‌ నుంచి ‘నా ఓటు’ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. పేరు, ఓటరు ఐడీ(ఎపిక్‌) నెంబరుతో ఏ పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రం పరిధిలో ఉన్నాం. కేంద్రానికి ఎలా చేరుకోవాలనే రూట్‌మ్యాప్‌. క్యాబ్‌, ఆటో, బస్సుల్లో వెళ్తే ఎంత సమయం పడుతుంది. దగ్గరల్లోని రవాణా సదుపాయం ఏదీ? దివ్యాంగ ఓటర్లైతే రవాణా సౌకర్యం, సహాయకులు కావాలని కోరడం.. తదితర సౌకర్యాలను యాప్ ద్వారా పొందవచ్చు. నియోజకవర్గాల వారీగా అభ్యర్థులు, ఎన్నికల అధికారుల వివరాలనూ తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. నా ఓట్‌ అనే పేరు, అర్థం వచ్చేలా యాప్ లోగో తయారు చేయడానికి పోటీ నిర్వహిస్తున్నాం. తెలుగు, ఆంగ్లం, హిందీ, ఉర్దూ భాషల్లో ఎవరైనా లోగో రూపొందించవచ్చు. డిసెంబరు 6లోగా డిజైన్లను -naavotets@gmail.com కు మెయిల్ చేయాలి. విజేతకు రూ.15,000 బహుమతి అందజేస్తాం’’ అని చెప్పారు.*

Mission has visited Karimnagar and Warangal (U) Districts during 27th Nov,2017 to 4th,Dec 2017. As per the recommendations and suggestions received from the JRM team
all the District Educational Officers are requested to instruct all the MEOs as follows:
The following revised menu as recommended by the JRM may be

Day 2: Rice Dhal with leafy vegetable
Day 3: Rice Egg Vegetable curry
Day 4: Rice Sambar with vegetable
Day 5: Rice Egg legume vegetable curry

* Suggested below
Preparations that can be included on one or two days in a week:
1. Peas Pulao (using dry green or yellow peas) Vegetable khorma
2. Vegetable Biryani (using Kabuli channa)
3. Soy Mealmaker biryani+ Vegetable khor
4. Kichidi with drumstick leaf and moong dhal+ Vegetable chutney
5. Palak or Amaranthrice with Kabuli channa Vegetable chutney
6. Rice Tomato and dry peas curry
7. Rice untry beans and moong dhal curry
8. Rice + Kabuli channa curry/ chole
9. Rice + Channa dhal with ridge gourd/ bottle gourd curry
10. Rice Whole green gram / pea curry
iii Promoting use of seasonal low case unconventional foods in Mid Day
Meal Scheme.
(iv)
Ensuring the supply of food grains up to the school level in full quantity
in consultation with Civil Supplies Department.
Head Masters may be instructed to setup the kitchen gardens in the
schools where land is available.
(vi) Regular Peer Monitoring may be undertaken by the concerned

Sir/Madam,
In supersession of the Commission's letter No. 464/INST/2009/EPS, dated 9th January,2009, and in order to bring uniformity in payment of remuneration to polling / counting personnel, the Commission has recommended the following rates of remuneration to be paid to the officers / officials deployed on election duty:-
SI. Designation of Officers/Officials Minimum Rate of remuneration (in Rupees
1. Sector Officer/Zonal Magistrate 1500/- lump sum
2.Presiding Officer/Counting Supervisor 350/- per day or part thereof
3. Polling Officers/Counting Asstt 250/- per day or part thereof
4. Class-IV 150/- per day or part thereof
5 .Packed lunch and/ or light refreshment 150/- per head per day
6. Video Surveillance Team. Video Viewing Team. Accounting Class - /II (Rs. 1200/- lump
Team. Expenditure Monitoring Control Room and Call sum)
Center Staffs, Media Certification and Monitoring Class Ill (Rs. 1000/- lump
Committee, Flying Squads. Static Surveillance Team, sum ExpenditureMonitoring Cell Class IV

The above mentioned rates are equally applicable to police personnel actually deployed on polling booths/counting centers.
2. The above rates are payable to the staff for attending training classes, collecting polling materials,.etc and also for attending duty on the polling day/counting day
3. The Commission has also directed that staff deployed at all polling stations/counting centers maybe provided with packed lunch and or light refreshment at the rate of Rs. 150/- per head per day. Incase of difficulty in providing packed lunch, a cash payment a Rs. 150/- per head may be made.
4.The above rates as recommended by the Commission are minimum rates. The States/Union,Teritories which are paying more than the minimum rates recommended by the Commission, may continue topay at the higher rates. These rates will come into force prospectively and will have no retrospective effect.

It is to inform that as on date all pensions, pension supplementary and salaries are being paid through e-Kuber, now Government has decided vide reference cited to extend eKuber to alI payments. Accordingly the Supplementary bills and contingent bills will also be processed through e-Kuber On date 12-1l-2018 onwards. In this regard, they are requested to ensure that the the bank details of the beneficiary such as 1.Name: 2. Account Number: and 3. IFSC code has to be entered through the beneficiary bank details screen' and
the details should be entered before processing the bill. The necessary software provision has already been given at beneficiary bank details screen.
The Deputy Directors / District Treasuries Officers are requested to Organise meeting with Drawing and Disbursing Officers and inform about the changes of payment system and advantages with e-Kuber and make the implementation of e-Kuber successful.

National Award for Science popularization, has been conducting every year, a funfilled joyful and highly creative Science fest, by Name Chekumukhi Science Sambaralu for
more than 28 years. Over 5 lakh students participate every year in the colourful science fest.
And also the reference 1st cited, The SPD, Samagra Siksha, Telangana informed to all the District Educational Officers and requested to take necessary action in Chekumukhi Science Sambaralu-2018.
