Implementation of e-kuber system for supplementary bills from 12-11-2018 onwards

It is to inform that as on date all pensions, pension supplementary and salaries are being paid through e-Kuber, now Government has decided vide reference cited to extend eKuber to alI payments. Accordingly the Supplementary bills and contingent bills will also be processed through e-Kuber On date 12-1l-2018 onwards. In this regard, they are requested to ensure that the the bank details of the beneficiary such as 1.Name: 2. Account Number: and  3. IFSC code has to be entered through the beneficiary bank details screen' and
the details should be entered before processing the bill. The necessary software  provision has already been given at beneficiary bank details screen.

The Deputy Directors / District Treasuries Officers are requested to Organise meeting with Drawing and Disbursing Officers and inform about the changes of payment system and advantages with e-Kuber and make the  implementation of e-Kuber successful.
