Financial Norms of School Leadership Training Programme to GHMs from 30.10.2018 to 03.11.2018

orientation to Head Teachers on School Leadership (SLDP) at district Level from 29.10.2018 to 02.11.2018 in NonResidential Mode - Reg.

All the Regional Joint Directors of school Education and the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that as per the reference 2nd cited, the Training of Trainers programme on School Leadership is organized at Hyderabad from 06.01.2018 to 10.01.0218. Subsequently the Head Teacher training on School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) is proposed to conduct during summer vacation. In this regard an amount of Rs. 1,44,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fourty Four Thousand only) transferred to each district to conduct the Training. Still the districts are not conducted the training at district level. In this regard the 5-day training is scheduled from 29.10.2018 to 02.11.2018 at district level.
Therefore the District Educational Officers are requested to conduct 5-day training programme for Head Masters and followed by 3 workshops duly following norms prescribed below for implementation of the School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP).
*        DIET Principal / Senior Gazetted Head Master may be identified as Course Coordinator for 5-day Orientation and three (3) review and feedback workshop cum retreat programmes. The Sectoral Officer - II / Incharge Sectoral Officer shall assist to programme coordinator.
*        The DEOs are requested to review with the Course Director (CD) on the arrangements made and should visit the training centre and review meetings.
*        Identify the Resource Persons who attended the State Level Orientation on School Leadership during 6th- 10th January, 2018 and 18th - 22nd August, 2018 at TSIPARD to act as Resource Persons at District Level.
*        The Head of the Institutions working in GHS / ZPHS, Welfare Schools only shall be identified as participants.
*♦* Identify 60 Head Masters (High Schools) whose service is more than four years are eligible for this training. Ensure that atleast 25 Women Head Mistresses may be attending the leadership training.
*♦* Participants should attend all the five days of the training programme without break.
*        Identify the good venues i.e., DIETs / High Schools with all facilities available like Water, Electricity, K-yan facility etc.
*        One-day planning meeting with Course Director, Resource Persons and all concerned shall be arranged for preparation of logistic arrangements.
♦♦♦ 1 hree reviews and feedback workshops cum retreat programmes in subsequent months i.e., from every 30-days (December, January and February) shall be conducted those who are attended the orientation programme.
*•* The budget was already released vide reference 2nd cited for 5-day training programme scheduled from 29.10.2018 to 02.11.2018 and remaining balance can be spent for 3 review and feedback workshops cum retreat programs in subsequent months.
