Now government given facility to download the freezed web options for SGT,LPs and equivalent category teachers.May be tomorrow(01.07.2018) for SA, GHMS G-2 . The following are the important points for giving downloading facility.
1. First compare the printout at the time of freezed with present downloaded print out for any jumblings or missing in the options.
2. If there is any changes immediately inform to the technical team mentioned in the website in contact option through mail or phone number.
3. If there is no response from them then inform your DEO with both print out copies immediately for edit option.

when we observe the power point presentation we can understand the following things.

1.   we can download the available vacancies for web options in three categories - clear, compulsory and expected arising.

2.  we can add or remove options during web options.

3. there is no chance for not willing option( No procedure mentioned for not Willing). so he has to opt his school for not willing compulsarily.

4. once you enter freeze button the process will be closed. there  is no procedure for editing option. so one time submission is final. so becareful while submitting the options.

TEACHERS TRANSFERS 2018 WEBCOUNSELLING - PRECAUTIONS

Now Every Teacher is very busy in the work of web counsellig for transfers. Even though  this counselling is new for us but successfully implementing in the educational counselling in lot  of stages from polycet to higher courses.So no bother about its credibility.

We need to take certain precautions  to become successful in web counselling. Why because this counselling is somewhat different than other educational web counselling. In educational web counselling every year all the places are clear vacant for all the students.students are divided into rank wise and given certain time to choose their place of interest.. There  is almost no scope for arising vacancies.( a very few slidings will happen). They give their places of interest based on their need, interest and financial background etc....

      But in the teacher transfers a teacher should aware of arising vacancies along with clear vacancies before giving web options. Clear vacancies including longstanding vacancies are already announced by the district officials and the seniority lists also released by the officials. The following precautions will certainly help to choose best place in the web counseling.

1. First note your seniority serial number in  the entitlements points seniority list. For example if it is 44, 43 teachers before you.

2. Make a list of your intersted schools from the clear and long standing vacancies .

3.  Now try to analyse the available arising vacancies from the seniority list from 1 to 43( we assumed serial number 44).

4. Then mix the both the lists from (2),(3) points. then give  preferential order for them from 1.

5. Now it is easy to give web options because the practical exercise done on places of interest.

6. In the case of spouses if they do above paper work, they can identify the common schools or mandals  or near by mandals  to choose for counselling. it reduces the confusion for them.

7. the web counselling is not different from manual counselling. some of the whatsapp messages spreading that we can opt any place of arising vacancy  even after our serial number. this is not authentic information and may be not possible. so don't expect it. we can opt the vacancy arise before our serial number only.

8. Don't trust unknown persons in giving web options.

9. It is  better not to depend on union leaders for web options. they may misguide you for their politics.

10. check once again before submitting the web options.

Till now(  17/06/2018) there is no official demo and instructions on web counselling . so becareful on false messages.

Officio Project Officers of TSSA in the state are aware that the services of PTIs, Cluster Resource Persons, MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Messengers, System Analysts, DLMTs and APOs engaged on outsourcing / contract basis during the year 2017-18 was terminated on 12.04.2018 as per the reference read above.
They are further instructed to review the performance of Part Time Instructors and District Level Monitoring Team (DLMT) of the year 2017-18 and engage them from 11.06.2018 in the schools during the academic year 2018-19 till the end of the academic year 2018-19 with the approval of the District Collector and Chairperson, SSA.

 MDM sms format has been changed by the school education department from June 2nd 2018 onwards. From now onwards strength also be sent along with meals taking students strength.

The format of the sms is EX: MDM 40 42

In this 40 indicates number of meals and 42 indicates total strength attended on the day.
