of examinations - Orders - Issued - Reg.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that, the

Government have been decided to postpone the remaining SSC Public examinations

March 2020 across the State which were commence from 08-06-2020 to 05-07-2020.

Further all the District Educational Officers are requested to issue following

instructions to all examination center Chief Superintendents and Departmental

Officers.

1. To give wide publicity regarding postponement of the remaining SSC Public

examinations March, 2020 through available print and electronic media.

2. To preserve the examination material i.e., Thermal screening kits, Masks,

sanitizers, hand gloves etc., safely for the use of conduct of SSC Examinations.

3. To give suitable instructions to the Custodians and Joint Custodians to monitor

the safe guard of the SSC question papers in storage points.

4. To preserve the OMRS and blank stationery ie., Main answer books, Additional

answer books and Graph at the examination centers safely.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the proceedings and furnish the compliance

report.
